Transnational Activity within the Convergence and Regional Competitiveness & Employment Programmes
A new component of the main stream Structural Funds Programmes (2007-13) enables projects to include within them transnational and interregional actions. This provides an important opportunity to develop links and partnerships, and add value to Welsh projects, by collaborating in areas of mutual interest with other Member States.
Grids identifying those countries that have included, within their own Programmes, similar priorities to those that we have in Wales have been produced. However these should be viewed as indicative only and further information on each Member State’s Programmes, along with contact details of each managing authority can be found on the Commission’s web-site.
