INTERREG, a Community Initiative funded through ERDF, promoted cross-border transnational and inter-regional co-operation in the EU and its border regions.
The Ireland/Wales INTERREG IIIA Programme supported joint Irish/Welsh projects It aimed to promote the sustainable development of the cross border region through an integrated approach to economic development.
The programme was delivered and monitored in partnership.
