Highlighting research that has been undertaken to show how programme implementation may be amended to reduce or eliminate discrimination, to positively enhance race and disability equality. Promoting equality across different groups.

Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) assess whether the implementation of the 2007-2013 Structural Funds Programmes is having an adverse impact on people of different equality groups in Wales. The EIAs also highlight opportunities for the Programmes to promote equality across different groups.
