Delivering your project

When your project has been approved European funding, WEFO and /or your Spatial European Team (SET) contact will continue to work with you to ensure your project is delivering in line with the agreed expenditure and output profiles, and other EU and WEFO requirements. 

As part of this process, WEFO will first arrange an inception meeting with you to discuss how you can best deliver, monitor, evaluate and publicise your project, as well advice on potential procurement of project delivery activities and in making payment claims. This inception meeting is supported by quarterly reviews on your project, as well as a project inspection visit during the project’s lifecycle.   

We have also produced a range of guidance that will help you effectively deliver your project, as well as how to make a claim and what to do in preparation of a project inspection visit.
