- What will the project do?: A- Collecting of all types of waste plastics items & Recovery -A1-Recycling of all types of waste plastics item. -B- Production -B-a-Distribution-B-b-Sales -B-c-Export Proposals of the Welsh Assembly Government strategy targets for a Wales Zero Waste Zone from the year 2050 the Wales Assembly targets of recycling 70% of all the regional Waste and the conversion of the Recycled elements to Raw Materials for re-use in Wales. Reference to the National Assembly of Wales documents titled "Proposed Shipments of Waste for recovery" (Community Involvements in Arrangements) (Wales) Measure200-{As Introduced} to the amendment of the environmental protection Act 1990(c43) section 55"55A Duty on authorities in Wales to prepare statements in relation to waste destined for recovery shipped out side the European Community and EFTA, Climate Change will make it very difficult and impossible very soon that will not permit shipments of any types of waste for recovery or disposal from any EU Countries to any other part of the World. In general this project is in the best case collecting of all waste plastic materials from Agro Industries, Business, all offices to all household waste, plastic milk bottles etc to be recycled and the conversion of this waste to one hundred per cent raw materials for manufacturing which will automatically create about fifty posts directly and will have direct benefits to all the Local Councils in Wales. The future trends in the market place of this proposed business venture is well analysed regarding the experiences of the promoter owner and presenter of this venture both for the risk of the future products and the services to we offer as Commercial Waste Recycling working in partnership with all the Local Councils in Wales in order to meet The Year 2050 Welsh Assembly Target of Wales Zero Waste Zone. Since this proposed project venture will be of direct benefit to the Wales Environment in general this is the principal motive of the company in calling on Welsh Assembly Government for immediate assistance of funding in order to meet costs of latest machinery and equipment specially designed for its use for recycling and reproduction of plastic materials plus the warehouse where this equipment will be installed in Wales as quickly as possible Hopefully it may be possible to have the necessary financial support needed from WAG taking into consideration the present economic situation and job losses both in England and Wales According to the quarterly statistic report of the Business Link 2008 for each one pound (£1) invested by the Government in Funding to the private sector the Government receives five pound (£5) back direct by payments in revenue and other rates applicable in England and Wales

- Who will be the end beneficiaries?: Local Councils and Regional Councils in Wales, distributors and marketing chains plus export. The public and private sector, professional services that will be contracted and approximately 50 future jobs locally
