- Beth fydd y prosiect yn ei wneud?: Provide support to third sector organisations that wish to develop assets, specifically those looking to engage in asset transfer. Project will give support to existing or emerging social enterprises to be able to take over, develop and effectively run an asset / community building. This will last for 3 years

- Pa allbynnau (mesurau gweithgarwch) allai fod i'r prosiect?: 60 social enterprises assisted / created
- Pa ganlyniadau allai fod i'r prosiect?: 60 social enterprises created in the form of community owned buildings that offer further opportunities for community development 10 jobs created - in the management and running of the buildings
- Beth fyddai effaith y prosiect?: Creation of social enterprises, increase in money generated within the community, development of a community resource to stimulate further economic opportunities
