- Beth fydd y prosiect yn ei wneud?: To improve financial leadership across the public sector in Wales by building a committed public sector finance community of the highest quality. Actions will include: - seeking innovative solutions to improve the delivery of public services - developing common solutions to new requirements - collaborating on individual projects - working together to develop alternative approaches to common problems - disseminating analyses of new technical and accounting requirements - sharing best practice and lessons learned - cross-sector sharing eg using benchmarking - building a better understanding of other organisations - developing a Public Sector Finance Leadership Programmement tailored for Welsh needs - providing help and support for network members, building trust, and so making collaboration easier
