Note: You should not proceed with this request unless you have first read the Guidance section for prospective sponsors.
There are some conditions, set out below, that need to be met before WEFO can receive an EOI from a prospective sponsor; you should be sure that you can both confirm and evidence these before proceeding:

1.WEFO must be satisfied that all aspects of your proposal will be eligible; therefore, before asking to submit an EOI, you should be sure that:

- you are eligible, as an organisation, to receive EU grant support for your project;
- all of the activity proposed within your project will be eligible activity; and
- all of the expenditure and match-funding within the scope of your project will be eligible;

You can check the above points before requesting to submit an EOI by reference to the Eligibility Rules in the Guidance section on this website.

2. Collaborative planning is an important pre-requisite for acceptance of an EOI - you must be prepared to evidence that:

-you have examined all the project ideas on the website, which cover a similar field of intervention to that covered by your own proposal,
- you have discussed your proposal with other organisations seeking to operate in the same or a similar way; and
- you have had substantial discussions with major stakeholders and secured their support.

3.You will need to be confident that those organisations and major stakeholders with whom you have had discussions will be happy to confirm to WEFO that they are supportive of your EOI coming forward.

If any of the above conditions is only partly met, then you should be aware that your request to submit the EOI is likely to result in either a refusal or a deferment of acceptance by WEFO. Therefore, before proceeding with your request, please ensure that you and the relevant stakeholders are satisfied that these conditions have been met and can be evidenced.

If you are satisfied that all conditions can be evidenced then click on the link below to confirm that you wish to be contacted by a WEFO Project Development Officer.

A WEFO Project Development Officer will then contact you to discuss your request and, subject to our acceptance of the EOI, they will help you to register via WEFO Online.
