WEFO

The Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) is part of the Welsh Assembly Government and manages the delivery of the EU Structural Funds programmes in Wales.

Progress on 2007-2013 programmes

04 March 2010: 156 projects approved, a total investment of over £2.3bn (EU funds of over £1.1bn) across Wales. Over £705m (30%) is being invested in business, over £1bn (46%) in people and over £520m (22%) for community regeneration, the environment and transport. Further programme information is available, including details of beneficiaries supported.

Organisations in Wales are engaging in 52 Territorial Co-operation projects worth over £73m ERDF.
