2014-2020 programmes

EU investment of nearly £2 billion is available to Wales for 2014-2020, which will support economic growth and jobs through research and innovation,  business finance, ICT and Transport connectivity, energy, and helping people into work and training.

A list of ideas under development is now available.

Progress on 2007-2013 programmes

28 February 2015 : 290 projects approved, a total investment of £3.7bn (EU funds £1.9bn - 118% of total EU funds) across Wales.

EU projects have already helped some 190,800 people to gain qualifications and over 62,800 into work, and created some 30,600 (gross) jobs and over 10,400 enterprises.
